Errors

Howl Creative Co. is not responsible for any grammatical errors found after printing. If there is a mistake on our part we will correct it as soon as possible. If there is a mistake on the order as approved, we will have to charge for re-printing. Please check your order thoroughly and have a second set of eyes proofread, too. We highly recommend you take advantage of our free hard copy proof, which will allow you to proof a copy in hadn’t before approving final order.

Turn Around Time

Shipping

We ship via USPS and/or UPS with tracking. Rush shipping is available at additional cost. We are not responsible for any delays on the part of USPS or UPS due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us if an order is missing, and we will help you start a ticket and work to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Artwork Agreement

This agreement applies to any image, graphics, digital assets, or digital images created by Howl Creative Co. and delivered to the purchasing party. This agreement governs the relationship between the parties and in no communication or other exchange, shall modify the terms of this agreement unless agreed to in writing. All artwork and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the artwork is stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of Howl Creative Co. This agreement provides the purchasing party with the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the artwork only for the agreed upon terms of the product purchased.

Mailing your Invitations

Howl Creative Co. is not responsible for your invitations once they are sent out through USPS (or any other international postal carriers) to your guests. We highly suggest that you order extra invites to account for lost, damaged or returned items that may occur during transit time via USPS.

State Sales Tax

Customers in the state of Indiana will be charged the state sales tax rate of 7%
